Court and date of trial: Northumberland Summer Assizes, August 1830.
Crime: Assaulting Revenue Officers in execution of their duties.
Initial sentence: Sentenced in November 1830; nine months imprisonment (Stuart and Hutchinson); six months imprisonment (Harrison).
Annotated (Outcome): To be pardoned. Remission prepared 3 May 1831.
Other papers: Copy report from Commissioners of Excise stating that sentences served, with forwarding letter from Lords of Treasury.
Additional Information: Prisoners held in Morpeth gaol.
