Description

Folios 282 - 286: Letter from Sir Cecil Spring-Rice to William Tyrrell concerning: Germany: the Radicals continue to adhere to the Block and the latter stands firm, the financial outlook is not bright, however the Government appears determined to carry on with their expenditure, question of Morocco seems to becoming grave again, the Northern Agreements have been hailed with satisfaction.
