7024. A memorial of the Council of Proprietors of the Eastern Division of New Jersey, on behalf of themselves and the general proprietors who they represent, to Carleton. Seeks return of books, papers, records, suveys and minutes &c., carried from Perth Amboy to New York by John Smyth register and clerk.
