Description

7010. New York. Lieutenant-General De Lossberg to Sir Guy Carleton. Explanation and requirement for pay of E Harnier, Commissary-General, Hessian Troops, and an assistant during their absence last year when bringing troops from Germany. They arrived in Halifax on 23 August and New York 28 October, but their names were omitted from the returns made out in Halifax of 200 days bat and forage money for last year.
