Folio 302: Commissioner Captain Thomas Willshaw, Portsmouth. The money sent will be paid to Mr. Dodington and Mr. Stevens but they still need a lot more to satisfy all debts. He has received a warrant to turn over extra men from the Crown into the Cambridge, he has informed Captain Hoskins, the Crown. The Swallow arrived at Spithead from Plymouth, they will take her in once the Dutch man-of-war, commanded by Captain Toll, is out. The Warspite and Julian are to sail for Spithead, and will dispatch the Cambridge and Exeter as soon as possible. Is sending accounts for the sails provided for the Royal Charles and Royal James. Asks for a warrant for oars for the Portsmouth frigate being built.
