Folio 299: Commissioner Captain Thomas Willshaw, Portsmouth. He hopes to dock the Northumberland. He will put aside any old stuff for the building of a lighter for the Mary Rose. He will provide 3rd rates with yawls or jolly boats. Mr. Cole will be told he is expected to fulfill his contract for timber to be sent to Deptford and Woolwich. The Purveyor will go to inspect Mr. Willcox's timber. He has asked the Captain of the Cadiz Merchant to get his lists ready. The Warspite's books are there and ready to be paid. They need lighters as the hoys, which were converted from fireships, are too big. They intend to bring in the Rupert and then to dock the Northumberland.
