Folio 291: Commissioner Sir Richard Beach, Portsmouth. He has discovered the problem with the sending up of weekly accounts was the fault of the Clerk of the Cheque's instruments. Sir Ralph Delavell will be sending an account of the tenders taken up by Commanders. The men of the Coronation, Hampton Court and Essex have been paid, the Edgar and Hampton Court are at Spithead and will be paid tomorrow. He has not heard from Mr. Winter. The Cygnet and Jersey have been graved, also the Exeter and Cadiz Merchant and they have been launched. The Advice and Plymouth have been docked. Mr. Southern has informed him that Captain Willshaw should arrive on Monday.
