Folio 289: Commissioner Sir Richard Beach, Portsmouth. They will work on the Jersey as quickly as possible. He expects Mr. Winter soon and will discuss his goods. He hopes the money will be paid for the cost of the laying out of the buoys. Due to lack of water they were unable to launch the Cadiz Merchant and Exeter and as soon as they can they will dock the Advice and Plymouth. He will pay the Coronation tomorrow.
