Folio 284: Commissioner Sir Richard Beach, Portsmouth. It would be helpful if the Northumberland were to be ordered about, as she has so much work needed to be done it will block up one of their docks. The Hampton Court and Edgar are waiting for a wind to go to Spithead. The Advice and Plymouth are ready to be docked in place of the Cadiz Merchant and the Exeter. The Jersey has been taken to the graving place. He hopes the storeship from Deptford will arrive soon. Is sending a report of the work needed on the Cygnet. The turned over men in the Bredah were paid yesterday and he would have paid the turned over men on the Coronation, but Sir Ralph Delavell wanted to defer payment. Mrs. Steventon has delivered the tickets to Sir Ralph Delavell.
