Folio 267: Commissioner Sir Richard Beach, Portsmouth. The Clerk of the Cheque does not comply with the Board's orders and does not provide him with weekly accounts, Captain Willshaw will need to be strict with him. He will ensure the Salamander's men who were turned over to the Richmond are paid. He will order Mr. Prescott to keep a book in the Comptroller's Clerk's room. He had hoped to be included in the indulgence of receiving back the tax he has paid. He will send an account of the debts at the end of the month. The Bredah, Foresight and Richmond are at Spithead.
