Folio 255: Commissioner Sir Richard Beach, Portsmouth. He can no longer ask for credit so if the Board expects ships to be docked and repaired they will need money. He will be pleased to receive the oakum. He has passed on the Board's orders concerning vessels. He has not yet had time to carry out the searches. The Coronation and Mordaunt have sailed to Spithead and the Richmond and Foresight will follow. The Owner's Love is in dock and the Salamander and Kingfisher cleaned.
