6808. Carleton to Poyntz. New York. Warrant to pay Lieutenant James Wright, Paymaster of 4th Battalion, 60th Regiment for the Royal American Regiment of Foot the sum of £626 5s 4d sterling. Being subsistence for the said battalion from 25 December 1782 to 23 February 1783, both days included as per the annexed account. From which the sum of £230 4s 2d sterling is to be detained for 20,740 rations of provisions issued.
