6799. Major Thomas Millidge to [ ? ]. Captain Leonard accompanies the widow Nealon with a memorial. The facts contained therein are literally true of her behaviour as a wife and since as a widow she has always been unexceptionable. Her situation is truely deplorable and deserves attention. Requests that she be given such assistance as may facilitate her business.
