6798. Colonel Oliver De Lancey to Colonel Alexander Innes. The Commander-in-Chief consents to Caleb Wheaton receiving on his embarking for Halifax, one year's pay in advance from the period to which he was last paid. Also to receive at the expiration of the year a continuance of the same allowance in like manner in Nova Scotia.
