6580. Thomas Aston Coffin Esquire. Warrant to pay £407 4s 8d sterling. Being to enable him to pay to the Superintendent of the Port of New York and the officers and inspectors in that department their respective salaries from 25 October to 31 December 1782 inclusive. Also sundry disbursements in the said department in the same period as per the annexed account for the several payments of which he is to be accountable.
