Account of expenditures by Brigadier-General Samuel Birch, Commandant of New York from 1 October to 31 December 1782 inclusive, comprehending the pay of his Secretary, the Town-Adjutant and Town-Sergeant, with sundry disbursement for office expenses. Totalling £83 2s 5d and one half penny sterling. Signed by Birch. Examined by Commissary of Accounts Duncan Drummond. Approved by President James Robertson.
