Desires that the subsistence due to the Anspach troops, prisoners of war in Maryland from 1 April, may be paid up to September, which will require the sum of £5,000 sterling. Requests a warrant for that purpose or that directions be given to Major Gordon at Lancaster for some other mode of payment.
