6277. Eliza Elliot to Carleton. Charleston, South Carolina. Petition. With regard to the sitting of the Board of Field Officers when they were discussing the value of rents for houses and the giving out of certificates. She has a house in government service which is shown by the enclosed memorials and humbly asks for redress as she was not able to be present whilst the Board was sitting.
