Description

6219. Carleton to Poyntz. New York. Number 208. Warrant to pay Mr James Boyd, paymaster of Seconded Officers of the Provincials, the sum of £20 0s 4d sterling. Being a compensation allowed to the widows of certain officers mentioned in the annexed account, in lieu of fuel for the periods specified and for the several payments of which he is to be accountable.
