6135. Carleton to Poyntz. New York. Number 28. Warrant to pay Brook Watson Esquire, Commissary-General, the sum of £913 15s 8d sterling. Being pay for the Armed Boats Company, from 25 June to 24 September 1782, both days included as per the annexed account. From which the sum of £4 8s 11d sterling is to be detained for stoppage, and £4 6s 8d sterling for hospitals at New York.
