6128. Carleton to Poyntz. New York. Number 198. Warrant to pay James Fraser Esquire, acting paymaster to the Royal Artillery the sum of £2,222 9s sterling. Being the amount of expenditures in the Engineers Department under the direction of Captain Robert Morse, from 1 to 30 October 1782 inclusive, as per the annexed account. The vouchers for which are lodged with Jame Fraser.
