To: The General Board of Health.
From: George Watson, 125 Field Street, Liverpool [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter referring to a request made to a solicitor of Ormskirk for a voting paper under the Public Health Act for the 9 members to be appointed during the ensuing week. Watson states that he has been refused this on the grounds that he had made an informal request by having only put the names of one tenant and not the names of every tenant. He confirms that he is in receipt of £20 per annum, and that there are a number of others in similar situations. He asks for advice on this matter.
