From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 18 September 1850, requesting information concerning certain points relating to the preparation of voting papers under the Public Health Act 1848 for the election of members of the Ormskirk Local Board. The Board give procedural guidance on this matter.
