To: William Welsby, Ormskirk [Lancashire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 5 July 1850 enclosing a memorial of the Justices of the Peace acting for the Petty Sessional Division of Ormskirk, requesting an early application of the Public Health Act. In reply the Board confirm that it shall have their full attention.
