To: William Welsby, Ormskirk [Lancashire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 1 July 1850 enclosing a memorial from the Guardians of the Poor and the Committee of Health from the township of Ormskirk with reference to the necessity for an early application of the Public Health Act to that town. It is advised that steps will be taken by the Board for the earliest application of the Act.
