Subject Matter: Letter enclosing a memorial from the Guardians of the Poor of the township of Ormskirk, in conjunction with his County Guardian is the Committee of Health, praying that from the report made by Robert Rawlinson, for the early application of the Public Health Act to Ormskirk.
