Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 19 June 1850 stating that a public meeting was held on the 14 June 1850 to oppose the application of the Public Health Act 1848 to Ormskirk, did not express the feelings of the majority of the inhabitant ratepayers of that town.
