To: William Welsby, Ormskirk [Lancashire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 22 September 1849, enquiring when an Inspector will visit Ormskirk. It is advised that Mr Rawlinson, the superintending Inspector, will visit in about six weeks from this time, of which Welsby will be given due notice.
