To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: Frederick Stratton, Clerk to the Guardians of the Isle of Wight Union, Newport, Isle of Wight.
Subject Matter: Letter calling attention to his letter of the 17 December 1868, with respect to the nuisances complained of as existing at Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. Stratton advises that complaints are still being made to them of nuisances existing there, and that they believe that nothing has ever been done to place Yarmouth into a better sanitary state.
