To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: William Toy, Clerk to the Local Board for the District of Mossley [Cheshire/Lancashire/Yorkshire], 3 Park Parade, Ashton under Lyne [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter enclosing the forms of estimates for sewerage works sent to him on the 25 October 1865. Toy further encloses a plan of the sewerage as it now exists in the district, which also shows what is intended to be done [not included in item]. He also provides a description of the works intended to be carried out.
