From: William Toy, Clerk to the Local Board for the District of Mossley [Cheshire/Lancashire/Yorkshire], 3 Park Parade, Ashton under Lyne [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter enclosing amended Bye Laws of the Mossley Local Board [not included in tem] for confirmation by the Home Secretary. Toy confirms that a copy of the Bye Laws was deposited in the Board room of the Local Board for one calendar month after the date of the notice of the intended application.
