To: The General Board of Health.
From: Henry Austin, Superintending Inspector, The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Report on a proposed street improvement at Lancaster [Lancashire], for which the Local Board of Health for that district have applied for the General Board's sanction to a mortgage of the rates to the extent of £600. Austin reports that he has no hesitation in recommending that the sanction of the Board be given for a mortgage to the extent required.
