From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 1 September 1852, calling attention to the Lancaster Local Board of Health's application for the general Board's consent to their borrowing £600. Dunn is advised that the subject has been referred to Mr Austin for his report thereon.
