Folio 596.

To: The General Board of Health.

From: William Stevens Jnr, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Hitchin [Hertfordshire].

Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 16 October 1850. Stevens advises that the name of the Chairman chosen is Frederick Peter Delmé Radcliffe, of the Priory, Hitchin; that the name of the Clerk is William Stevens the younger, and the date of his appointment (pro tem) was the 13 May 1850, and of his appointment to midsummer next is the 14 October 1850.
