From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 8 October 1850. In accordance with the request contained in that letter, copies of the reports of the preliminary inquiries into the sanitary conditions of Hitchin [Hertfordshire], Rugby [Warwickshire], Coventry [Warwickshire], Stratford upon Avon [Warwickshire] and Cardiff [Glamorgan] are said to be enclosed herewith.
