To: William Stevens Jnr, Clerk (pro tem) to the Local Board of Health, Hitchin [Hertfordshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 30 September 1850, requesting a copy of any model Bye Laws for the adoption of Local Boards which may have been adopted. Stevens is advised that they will be forwarded as soon as they are settled.
