To: The General Board of Health.
From: William Stevens Jnr, Clerk (pro tem) to the Local Board of Health, Hitchin [Hertfordshire].
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 24 September 1850, advising of the transmission of two copies of the specimen plans referred to in the minute of the General Board of the 26 July 1850. Stevens requests a few more copies of the minute of the 26 July, if the same can be spared.
