Folio 557.

To: The General Board of Health.

From: William Stevens Jnr, Clerk (pro tem) to the Local Board of Health, Hitchin [Hertfordshire].

Subject Matter: Letter advising that the Hitchin Local Board of Health have unanimously resolved that application be made to the General Board of Health for their sanction to the Local Board borrowing the money necessary to purchase the mill in Hitchin, as recommended by Mr Ranger.
