Folio 555.
To: The General Board of Health.
From: William Stevens Jnr, Clerk (pro tem) to the Local Board of Health, Hitchin [Hertfordshire].
Subject Matter: Letter advising that the accounts relative to the preliminary inquiry at Hitchin (which were transmitted to Mr Ranger on the 14 March and the 4 June respectively) have not been submitted to the Local Board of Health. Stevens requests that the General Board will cause the same to be forwarded to them for their inspection.
