To: John Hawkins, Hitchin [Hertfordshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 21 June 1850. Hawkins is advised that there is now every probability of satisfactory arrangements being immediately concluded with the Ordnance for their aid in the surveys under the Public Health Act 1848.
