Folios 62 - 66: Letter from Aneurin Williams to Robert Vansittart concerning: Armenia and Cilicia: Outlines conditions which might be imposed in favour of Armenia and Cilicia in return for any concessions granted to France and Turkey. Encloses a memorandum on Cilicia by Monsieur L Levonian. Contains a minute by Vansittart and a copy of a rely from Vansittart to Williams dated 29 April 1921.
