Folios 100 - 103: Letter from Sir George Riddell to Lord Curzon concerning: The Newspaper Proprietors' Association: resolution that French journalists accompanying President [Raymond] Poincaré on his visit should be the guests of the British Government. Contains a copy of the response from Curzon to Riddell dated 30 October 1919 and a further letter from Riddell to Curzon dated 1 November 1919.
