3400. John Ketchum, of Stratford, and recently of Huntington, Long Island to Lieutenant-General Robertson. Letter of representation and petition for him and his family after suffering epileptic fits and unable to continue work to support them under the rebels, wishes for some relief with rations for them. Loyalty supported by Jeremiah Leaming and John Sayre, and his illness by Dr Samuel Bord and Isaac Hubbard, New York, also 15 March. Thomas Murray intimates in New York, 23 March, that Colonel Morris will allow rations.
