3397. Navy Board - J Williams and others, to John Robinson. A letter answering a letter of 13 March from the Treasury Commissioners relating to a request for shipping to transport a large consignment to New York, were unable to carry this out due to the lack of available shipping. Also request that any future large consignments be given some months notice or face further delays.
