3374. Clinton to the Honorable Lieutenant-Governor Graham, Georgia. A letter from New York acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 24 January on the same subject as Cornwallis. Loyalists from Georgia returning to previous occupations therefore the Inspector of Refugees is no longer required. Lord Cornwallis is informed and expences are to be provided and the salary for Graham and his clerk.
