3373. Clinton to Cornwallis. A letter acknowledging receipt of various dispatches and a proposal to forward copies to England. Also agrees with the concern over security of conveyance. Also includes: reference to Lieutenant-Governor Graham; the oatships accident; transports return; invalids in garrison; prisoners as volunteers; non-procurement of horses; expense for troops in Charlestown; concern over 17 January affair; vacancies and recommendations.
