3629. Robinson to Clinton. Treasury Chambers, Whitehall. In order to keep down the exchange, their Lordships have directed Messrs Harley and Drummond to send out in specie all the money in their hands for the subsistence of troops at New York, together with £100,000 for extraordinaries.
