Folio 354: Commissioner Richard Beach, Portsmouth. Lord Torrington He has ordered the graving of many ships, which will involve a lot of expense in tallow. He will distribute the muster books and tickets to the Captains and obtain receipts. Mr. Brouncker's brazier is the only one in the area, which is why he makes difficulties.
