Description

Folio 184: Robert Small, Portsmouth Dock. Receipt of letter and reports that the Royal Charles, the Royal James and the Charles should be completely rigged by next Thursday and the French Ruby by the latter end of the week. They need topmasts and main yards and blocks for the Vanguard and the Eagle. The Stavereen stays for nothing from the dock.
