Folio 148: Daniel Furzer, Master Shipwright, Portsmouth. He gives a progress report on the 2nd rate ship in the old launch as well as the other 2nd rate being built where the Eagle was built and they need some more timber if money can be procured. The 3rd rate is nearly completely fitted except some work for the Carver and the Painter has neglected his work for want of oil. He repeats his request about discharging the Joiners unless a supply of timber arrives to keep them employed.
